The agent handled evening and weekend calls naturally — asking qualifying questions about budget and timeline, answering questions about specific properties from the live database, booking viewings directly into the relevant agent's calendar, and delivering a detailed call summary each morning so agents started the day knowing exactly who to follow up with.
